Utelit managed services team is seeking for a junior network engineer for helpdesk support services and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk support services and 1st level support.
  • Network equipment configuration and installation on customer site.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and report findings to 2nd level support.
  • Monitoring NMS systems, including pro-active tasks and maintenance procedures.
  • Customer information for issues, status of failures and solutions.

Qualifications

  • A higher education degree related to computer science.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of networks and information technology.
  • Possibility of assimilation of new technologies.
  • Continuously learning and training.
  • Good knowledge of English.
